Zoe is a sweet woman that has had a hard life. She has a hard time letting people into her world, her thoughts, her feelings and her past. When she does let someone in she seems to pay a very heavy price with that trust so she has stopped. Zander is a man whose path has always been known but a chance view of a job posting has him making a change in his life that no one expected even himself. Has fate and destiny brought him to this place in time? I think it has. I think fate brought him into Zoe's life at just the right time. I think it was their fate to find each other.

This was a wonderful story. It was amazing to me how much world building, character building and plot twists were packed into this novella. I felt like I had read a full 400 page book. So well written. This one is 100% worth your money and most certainly your time.

So hunker down with your favorite blanket, in your favorite chair, with your favorite drink and be ready for a no breaks reading session. I didn't want to put it down until I was finished.
